I am Adele

Close to the White House, home of the Prime Minister’s government, 317 is a new restaurant that is aiming for the middle. The interior is an Ikea jumble sale and the crowd is more arty than political, but the food is hearty, reasonably priced Russian and Georgian fare. The cabbage soup shchi is a winner as are the mains. The fine Czech beer Paulaner is on tap but there are also several good Russian ones.
