One of the goals of this exhibition is to explode the myths surrounding contemporary Jewish culture and ‘lay bare the commercialisation of Jewish life’. Bringing together dozens of young artists from Germany and Italy, including the radical Berlin-based group Meshulasha, ‘Paradiso@Diaspora’ is the centrepiece of this year’s Festival of Jewish Culture. Aiming to be both diverse and provocative, it includes video installations, painting, sculpture and photography.
